The church is not the building. It is not the sanctuary with soaring ceilings and pews or an organ, nor is it the Fellowship Hall where the community gathers. 1 Peter tells us that the church is to be created out of living stones--living, breathing, moving human beings who are formed to the cornerstone of Jesus Christ.
